Product Warranty
AlwaysEco warrants that each of its products are fit for the use described for that product. AlwaysEco warrants that its products are non-toxic and contain no synthetic components. AlwaysEco warrants that its products are Safe Around Children, Pets, Environment when used as directed. Should any product not perform as claimed, AlwaysEco shall be liable at maximum for a refund of the purchase price and all shipping charges upon receipt of the unused portion of the product(s).
Return Policy
AlwaysEco shall issue a refund in the event its products do not perform as described when the purchaser has followed the directions on the label. However, no refund shall be issued when the purchaser depletes the product on an infestation greater in size than the amount of product purchased and therefore the purchaser shall make his/her/its best attempt to purchase sufficient quantities to adequately treat the square footage or acreage where the the target pest(s) is/are located. AlwaysEco shall be liable at maximum for a refund of the purchase price and all shipping charges upon receipt of the unused portion of the product(s). Products with the statement "No Returns" shall not be refunded due to the amount of the product shipped and the cost to produce.
Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged to the degree that it cannot be used upon delivery, AlwaysEco shall replace the product at no cost to the purchaser so long as the purchaser has filed a claim for damages with the shipper and provides a copy of the claim to AlwaysEco.
Cancellation Policy
Purchaser may cancel his/her/its order within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, AlwaysEco shall ship the product on its regular shipping schedule and no cancellation shall be accepted.
